delvarinox began in 2018 when I couldn't find straight answers about workforce costs. Running a mid-sized construction company in Queensland, I was drowning in payroll complexities and compliance requirements that seemed to change monthly.
After three different accountants gave me three different answers about the same personnel budget question, I realized something was fundamentally broken in how Australian businesses handle workforce financial planning.
So I did what any frustrated business owner would do – I learned everything I could about personnel management from a financial perspective. Turns out, most problems stemmed from treating people costs as simple line items rather than strategic investments requiring proper analysis.
